What Can Be Returned

✅ Eligible Items:

  • Unused decorations in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (photo evidence required)
  • Wrong items sent due to our error
  • Party supplies that don't match description
  • Balloons and inflatables that fail to inflate properly

❌ Items We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Used decorations or party supplies
  • Food items, candy, or consumables
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Seasonal items returned after the holiday
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Return Items

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: Wait for our return authorization number and instructions
  3. Package Items: Carefully pack items in original packaging when possible
  4. Ship Back: Use our prepaid return label for defective items, or arrange your own shipping
  5. Receive Refund: Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or quantities (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same timeline and process as returns. For faster service, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

We Pay: Return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items

You Pay: Return shipping for change of mind, wrong size orders, or other non-defective returns

Refund Information

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Refund Amounts:

  • Full Refund: Defective items, our errors
  • Item Cost Only: Customer-requested returns (shipping costs deducted)
  • Partial Refund: Items returned in used/damaged condition
