We offer a 7-day return window for most items, giving you plenty of time to plan and prepare for your celebration.

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or quantities (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same timeline and process as returns. For faster service, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.
We Pay: Return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items
You Pay: Return shipping for change of mind, wrong size orders, or other non-defective returns
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Gift recipients can return items for store credit without a receipt. Original purchaser information may be required for processing.
